• Banking squad — commission split, receivables anticipation and tax document issuance on a product moving R$ 40MM/month in commissions.
• Rentals squad — end-to-end TRM (contracts, recurring billing, tax documents) with notary offices certified in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul.
• Bubble.io as the main stack, with custom plugins and cross-squad standardization; PHP/Node/Python on the backend for what needs performance.

Pet health insurance — built the IT department in Scrum and ran the SAV, claims support and BI.

• SAV — Sales SaaS Portal (Bubble.io + Azure) end-to-end for a broad set of enterprise partners (Itaú, Unimed, Assaí, Pluxee, among others), at the security standard a bank like Itaú demands; Vindi integrations wired into the sales flow.
• Support system for the claims approval team (member card, authorizations, case reviews, per-product flows) on mobile and web — reimbursement decisions stayed human and auditable.
• IT department built from zero with a partner consultancy: Azure governance (DevOps · CI/CD · API Management), Power BI for leadership, Scrum + ClickUp + dailies as the team ritual.
